I have dealt with this co for several years doing most of my ordering on line - however I did have to ring once to amend my order which was done without a hitch - I feel I get a very personal service - today I had to write as I am off on hols and ordered some yarn less than 48 hrs ago which I needed but did not expect however it arrived today Yippee my thanks to Deramores excellent staff
