Absolutely appalling!

All these positive reviews must be written by electrocentre employees.
They have wasted my time and money and were unapologetic and dismissive.

They did not contact me once to let me know they didn't have the washing machine I paid for and I took a day off work to be in for the delivery.

They were rude and wasted my time on the phone passing me between different people who were just as clueless.

They said twice that they would ring me back to sort out the delay and they never did.

And after all that and still no washing machine, I have to wait for 3 days for a refund, which means the washing machine I desperately needed for the 5 children in the house will still not be here two weeks after I paid electrocentre for it.
