Excellent product, good service
We were really pleased with the lampshade we purchased for our nursery room (Massive Maripo pendant). It's a quality product and throws a really nice light in the room.
The service was really good and the shade arrived within the time specified.

Disappointed with material quality
I ordered two balck-out blinds.
Service was excellent, quick and accuratelly fitting blinds were received however I was rather disappointed with the quality of the black-out material. It is flimsier than I expected and I think it will look tatty fairly quickly.

We stand by all of our fabrics and products, all rigorously tested and all carry a full twelve month guarantee, we are confident the fabric you have selected will provide many years of satisfactory use if treated in the correct manor.
A standard blackout material with a rubber backing providing blackout and fire retardant properties the gauge is standard and is used extensively within the industry.
I note you did not make use of our FREE 24hr samples service and to a degree I feel you have judged this fabric on your estimation of life expectancy rather than factual, as the blind has only been in your possession six weeks or so.
We sell thousands of metres of this fabric with no problems what so ever, I can assure you that if we did it would be withdrawn from our range.
