When i received the product, it wasn't as i expected. I ordered a gold bow tie but when i received it the colour was very dull and i couldnt return it because i had made a mistake to dispose off the refund slip that was atouched with it and it was stated that they can not do anything without the refund slip.

Although we do need a return form to establish who sent which items back, there is a exchange and return form on our website you can print in case you have lost the original one.
