It is very important our customers are happy with our service and that is why we call our customers with their offer before sending their payment. I have listened to the call and unfortunately when the agent mentioned you had sent in some items with no value you did not request to have these items returned; the customer service agent would have been more than happy to return your no value items at no cost to you if you had asked her to do so.
