Delivery could be quicker

I think when spending over £40 the delivery could be a bit quicker. I ordered a large item on the Monday and it didn't arrive till the Saturday, after being told by online chat that the company they use for delivery don't deliver on Saturdays, I was told it would be delivered till following Monday which was 1 week after originally placing the order. Weirdly enough it did arrive on the Saturday. 6 days for delivery... Mmm there is room for improvement.

Thank you for your review.

I have looked at your most recent order, and can see that you had gone for our free delivery option. As explained as you go through the ordering process, our free deliveries can take a maximum of six to eight working days.

You can, however, opt for our Premium service. For an extra £3.49, you are guaranteed delivery within two to four working days. The added charge also gives you more control over the tracking of your parcel, with hourly timeslots and real-time GPS tracking of the driver's location.

Pet Supermarket

Free Delivery - although sluggish

Pet Supermarket is reasonable but if you are in need of something quickly (if you have run out) I suggest you upgrade their delivery option. Although delivery is free is it quite sluggish. I placed an order last Friday before 10am it is now Thursday and Item has not even been dispatched yet. Its still at processing stage. So almost 1 week later and I still don't have my cat food. Not impressed with their dispatch handling/time but as for products and prices its reasonable.


Great Site, Super Fast Delivery!

Have ordered my pet meds on a few occasions now from VioVet and all I can say is the service is exemplary! Super fast delivery and curteous and experienced staff.


Never received intended birthday gift

Ordered a watch on 2nd June from the hut for my daughters friends bday on 6th June. It's now 9th June and still no watch even though i got a dospatch email from the hut on Monday 3rd to say watch had been dispatched. I emailed them straight after ordering to say I needed this for the 6th June for a bday present. So they were quick to take my money even though I had been clear that I required this item to be in my possession by the 6th June. When 6th passed and still no delivery I email the hut to complain. i get a standard reply from them saying it takes 3-5days for delivery and I have to wait at least 14days to report watch missing (17th June). I think this is bad customer service! Can they not track their deliveries, and if not its certainly not my fault that they don't send their orders via a tracked service. So as I had no watch for this boys 8th bday I had to go out and buy an alternative gift as I could not go to his party without a present. Wonder if ill ever see this watch?


Great site, great service.

This site is fantastic and so reasonable too. I was able to buy various presents for upcoming birthdays and have saved quite a bit. Delivery was fast. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
