Great Company Needs Reliable Efficient Couriers to Excel!

This company offers a huge selection of healthy plants, is competitively priced, has great customer service staff, who provide immediate response to emails and a caring attitude to customer care. HOWEVER, having just had a nightmare trying to track down the whereabouts of a tree and secure a delivery to meet a specific client deadline, I'm left in two minds whether I would use them again. Shame, because the tree (despite being in transit, in darkness, for a week) is beautiful. Unless the company forges a relationship with a reliable, professional and speedy courier service I'm sure I won't be the only customer who thinks twice before buying from them again. Shame, your company, trees/plants and dedicated staff deserve a better courier service!
