Great service, no issues at all
Ordered a UPS which isn't a small item, ordered processed no problem, delivery date was as I requested so no problems at all.
I buy a lot of IT equipment for clients, and PCBuyit were the cheapest I could find for an industry standard model.

Ordered a Draytek 3200 and rack mounting kit for it, which is sometimes difficult to get hold off. Order processed without issue, tracked the order using the site and everything looked good.
Received an email to say it had been dispatched and it arrived next day.
First order from them and I'll use them again.
Comms Express
Great service, great prices
Found Comms Express searching for an 18u server cabinet. They had everything in stock that I needed and free delivery over £200. I purchased patch panels, patch leads, PDU and the cabinet. All next day delivery except the cabinet as I missed the cut off time for delivery.
They phoned to advise me of this and cabinet arrived the following day.
Great service will use them again without question.
Update: I've now used them on several occasions, and have always been delighted at the prompt service. Highly recommended

Fantastic prices, fantastic service.
I've been using Offtek for about 18 months, and they have been brilliant. Even when I had a problem with RAM that was listed as compatible by the manufacturer, yet wasn't actually compatible, Offtek swapped the RAM twice for me so I could actually get an upgrade that worked.
Customer service is prompt to respond and eager to assist. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, fantastic service, great products and brilliant prices.
I upgrade RAM for customers on a regular basis and their's is the very first place I come to purchase.
