Love this site! It took a while for me to remember to shop online via topcashback, but like the saying goes 'you've got to be in it to win it'!. It does take a while for your earnings to appear in the 'payable' column, but it's free money, so I can wait! I've recommended a couple of friends, which has earned me bonuses. The only reason I have given 4 stars, is because I haven't claimed my earnings as yet, so can't comment on how smoothly that will run.
Having had a terrible experience with another company literally not delivering my goods, I placed an order with Countrywide Farmers. Wish I had discovered them first. Ordered Persil Advance on Tuesday, just after 5pm, and it was delivered at 2.30pm on Thursday. I received a text on Wednesday, informing me of the delivery day, and they were true to their word. Even better it was half price ( so I ordered 2!) Thank you CWF, I will definitely be shopping with you again (although probably not for some time, due to the amount of washing powder I ordered!!) I will be spreading the word on your outstanding service.
I ordered Persil Advance on 25th April. Expected delivery was by 30th April. On 30th April I received an email stating that my order status was 'awaiting fulfilment' (this basically means payment has been accepted), but no delivery. I tried to ring on Friday 3rd May,when it still hadn't arrived, but unfortunately phoned at 5, not realising that this is closing time. Not open again until after the bank holiday, so I sent a 'where is my order?' query. On 4th May received a 'do not respond' email, saying my order was delayed (I had worked that out by now!!) On Tuesday 7th May I phoned at 4.50 pm (not able to phone before, as I was working). My call was answered probably within approx 3 mins, I spoke to a very polite man, who told me he was going to put me on hold whilst he investigated my order.......at 5.14pm I finally got fed up listening to the music and hung up, by which time they had closed for the day, so I wasn't able to call back. As soon as I am able to contact them, I will be cancelling my order, and definitely won't be ordering from them again. The previous company I ordered this product through, used to state 3-5 day delivery slot, but it always arrived the very next day. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business.
UPDATE: Phoned Wed 8 May to chase. Was told order was marked 'item allocated' (on it's way). I asked to cancel anyway, but this wasn't possible. Only option was to refuse delivery. As other reviews showed huge problems getting a refund, I decided to keep it, if/when it arrived. Friday 10th May - WHEY HEY I finally have taken delivery of my order (over 2 weeks after ordering!) On opening the box, I now have washing powder all over my hallway floor, as the box wasn't sealed properly.....was I surprised, OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!!!!
