I ordered a tennis bag for my son for Christmas with nextday delivery. Tennisnuts dispatched the same day and arranged nextday delivery. Unfortunately Parcelforce failed to deliver this. I rang Tennisnuts who refunded my delivery charge and chased Parcelforce for me two days running ringing me back with updates. They tried all they could to get the item delivered promptly. Unfortunately Parcelforce let them and I down but I did eventually get my delivery after 4 days - at least it was before Christmas.
I could not have received any better customer service from Tennisnuts - just suggest that over Christmas they avoid using Parcelforce in future.

We continue to use Parcelforce bacause on the whole they have been fantastic in 2012, particularly over the christmas period. They still provide the best value/service offering in the business. This enables us to remain cometitive with our pricing.
