Jokers' Masquerade

Fast and friendly service.

I actually ordered an item that had a fault and I had to return it twice. The customer service lady that dealt with me was marvellous. She apologised for the inconvenience I had experienced and arrange a new item (of my choice) to be sent to me which arrived within 3 days. I was impressed by her friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness.
