Brilliant prints but delivery failure!
Used them several times before, no problem but after several weeks my last order still hadn't arrived. I rang them up and they said there had been a problem with the delivery so they re did them for me and I got them all a couple of days later just in time for my friends birthday luckily.

We are glad that your canvas got out to you in time for your friend’s birthday. After you called us and told us there was a problem with your delivery we worked super quickly to re make your order and send it out to you the same day.
Unfortunately there was a problem with our courier which was outside of our control but they are looking into it and are going to let us know what happened so we can be sure it doesn't happen again in the future.
