I ordered a car seat for my grandson on the Sunday and received an email the following day to say that it had been despatched and that Parcelforce would send me an email detailing the tracking number which they did later that day. I tried to track the parcel but due to technical reasons I could not do this until the Friday when I was amazed to find that Parcelforce had returned the item as they claimed an 'insufficient address' even though my full address and post code were correct. I immediately sent an email to Lesters and within minutes I received a phone call from Parcelforce apolgising for their error and then a call from a 'David' at Lesters. From that moment he personally took complete control of the situation and kept me up to date either by email or by phone. On the following Monday he advised me that it had again been despatched and that it would be received the following day. He said that he would track it through Parcelforce and also he would ring them the following day, which he did. He emailed to say that it would be delivered between 11 and 12 and sure enough it was. Without his help and personal attention I would have been stuck.
