I made a purchase on ebay and the seller shipped it via parcels 2 go, I received an email giving me tracking information, so far so good but thats where it all goes wrong. I am now up to day 4 of "delivery scheduled" I have contacted them 4 times in 2 days to find out where my parcels are and just generally get fobbed off, 2 days ago they said they would email hermes to find out why delivery has not been made and that I would receive an email to advise me, but still nothing, no parcels, no email, no explanation, no contact details for the courier??? I have now contacted the sender to try to resolve this matter as I was told "due to the data protection act" they could not discuss the delivery with me, even if it is because the courier cannot find my address, ( as obviously the sender will be able to give them directions to my address ) So I have given the sender directions so he can pass them on and then fingers crossed, what a joke!!!
