Nope, no luck with my first and last purchase from this company. Usual story, haven't companies started improving by now?. Delivery was scheduled for today, I've taken the day off work. Delivery was scheduled for any time between 8:00 and 6:00pm. A very wide window. It's now 7 oclock pm and no sign. I've called customer services and been on hold for half hour. Eventually got through and have been told there is a delay with the deliveries which would have been nice to know. Apparently it may be here by 8:00 but they were not that sure. I've been told that if it's not here by 8:00 (not very promising) then I can call customer services back. Plus I emailed 10 days ago asking them to help me with a voucher code that has not been applied to my order. They said they would get back ASAP. Still nothing.
Just usual old school bad customer service. And no product yet having taken a day off work just to be in to receive it. Not impressed.
