Where it really matters, these guys deliver.

Spoke to someone on the phone about Electra Bikes, the first person in the UK that actually knew what I was talking about, I ordered a bike but unfortunately something came up and I had to cancel, it was ready to go but the sales people in Global Bike didn't mind cancelling the order, they were friendly and willing, if more companies were like this I would be so happy.
