Spot on
An excellent product at a competitive price. A high capacity battery which has performed admirably in my hobby of flying remote control aircraft, both in charging batteries for the planes and turning over glow engines for starting.
Very prompt delivery at good postal charges.

Chaotic organisation
The order I made was not in stock and left on hold until available. No message to this effect so non delivery and a telephone call was the only way I found out. By then my granddaughter's birthday had passed by. Three times I asked for the order to be sent to her address and not mine - it still arrived here.
I won't use this company again. It's a pity since I like a lot of their stock

Thank you for your feedback. We take service very seriously and Im sorry to hear of this apparent short fall on our part. We will investigate immediately and try and be in touch to rectify this. As we are a small company every customer is important to us. Occasionally items do go out of stock, but we do make every effort to contact customers. On this occasion it appears our system has fallen down, but this is no excuse.
