I have used Simply Electronics before when I ordered my DSLR several years ago, that delivery was perfect and came without hassle.
Unfortunately the order I made recently (25th February 2014) has gotten lost in transit by the courier since the 10th of March. To be fair, this wasn't Simply Electronics' fault, they shipped it out in time and provided the tracking number.
I have since been in contact with Simply Electronics via their ticketing system asking them to start an investigation. I've let them know I would be unavailable after a particular date and if they could send a replacement in the meantime. Replies are pretty frequent although they are starting to look a bit stock with the responses now.
I intended to use the product (camera lens) for my travels but since I still don't have it, will have to go on without it. Have now requested a refund as I've never received the product in the first place but their 'relevant department' needs to wait for a response from the courier. Tracking shows it's still with the courier.
Unsure why I need to wait for courier to respond to Simply Electronics for them to give me a refund. The lost product should be a matter between those two and not on making the customer wait for an outcome. 20+ working days since order and no sign of a product.
Have now contacted the Credit Card provider to request refund since I shouldn't have to pay for a non-received product.
Ordered the products just before lunchtime, and the items got delivered the next day with free shipping!
The 661 2012 shin/knee pads and elbow pads were the lowest I found from searching around the internet. A great find for me and definite recommendation for anyone looking into ordering from a trustworthy company.
