Went into the shop for advice on a new amp and had half an hour of high quality advice and demonstration. Really helped me make up my mind. Phoned to order a few days later and slightly put out to be directed to the website to order. Dealing with people is preferable to machines where it is still possible. Amp arrived in good time a couple of days later but whatever courier Red Dog use should be sacked as they left an expensive valve amp in a cardboard box out in the pouring rain. No contact, nobody asked to sign, they didn't even think to contact a neighbour or put the package in the garage or a shed as every other courier does. Fortunately no damage but this is the height of irresponsibility and common amongst poor quality couriers. they just don't care. Red Dog are fine but they need to sort their deliveries.
