Actually I am very angry of this company poor customer service. I am waiting for my order for already 3 weeks (order date 20/08/2012),but it is still not dispatched. This company said said to me 2 times that my order will be changed to express but it still the same status 'your order is being made ready'. Also I found out that this company is actually from Hong Kong, not from UK as they declare in theirs web site. What is more, it is illegal in UK to take money before dispatching as they already did. I contacted the HONG KONG CUSTOMER COUNCIL. They agreed to investigate it. Also they said that is very big amount of complaining of your company. I hope they will close this simply electronics website and all company as well.
I am leaving UK in 13th of September. So I give to them the last chance to send my order (proper one). If I will not get my order until 13th of September, I hope they will give my money back immediately, otherwise I will see them in the COURT.
I would not like to hear empty word 'sorry' from them again, I want them to take action towards my order.
THEY HAVE THE LAST 4 DAYS until I will leave UK. Good luck them with that.
That is it.Today (07/09/2012) I cancelled my order. I already contacted with KwikChex. Today I received email from them. They said that they will help me, now they are starting investigation. I hope I will refund my money as soon as possible.
People do not wait for your delivery. It will not come. Simple Electronics are criminals.
