Being female I'd rang up first before completing the transaction online as I wasn't sure if I need to pay extra for wheel balancing, tyre disposal etc (which were automatically ticked). I got a phone call on the day to say the wrong tyre size had unfortunately been sent and another half an hour later to confirm they had managed to source the correct size and I could come in. The tyres were fitted with no attempt to sell me any "add on's" and I was on my way in no time. Very professional and courteous staff. While waiting in reception numerous other drivers turned up with various queries and each was dealt with in the same professional manner. Would strongly recommend.
