Hired a canon100-400mm lens for a family holiday that would involve quite a bit of wildlife photography, (dolphins, birds, etc).

The lens was delivered on the day promised in secure packaging, which was also retained to return the lens, which it was more than sturdy enough to cope with.

The pre-paid return postage was very easy to use, only needing 1 phone call to arrange a collection on the same day the lens needed to be returned.

Altogether a very smooth and easy way to try to improve my photography!
