I was pleased to get your initial response, but since then I've heard nothing. I have written to your Customer Complaints Department direct, but still have had no response. I expect they are the busiest department in your company if the other reviews are anything to go by. I feel sure you have had more than enough time to judge you have let another customer down. Please refund the £416 you owe me, I need the money to represent Help for Heroes, a worthy charity in the New York Marathon. Proof at least that one of us has morals.
Even an acknowledgment or update would be a start.
