Customer care! A contradiction in terms I think

Dear Sofia-Customer Care Officer Bravofly

I was pleased to get your initial response, but since then I've heard nothing. I have written to your Customer Complaints Department direct, but still have had no response. I expect they are the busiest department in your company if the other reviews are anything to go by. I feel sure you have had more than enough time to judge you have let another customer down. Please refund the £416 you owe me, I need the money to represent Help for Heroes, a worthy charity in the New York Marathon. Proof at least that one of us has morals.

Even an acknowledgment or update would be a start.

Thank you for your review and I'm extremely sorry that to hear that your flight was subject to a schedule change and the inconvenience thus caused to your journey.

Please accept apologies for the fact that you have not yet received a reply to your email regarding the refund.

The email you received regarding the cancellation offered both a cash refund (processed as soon as the airline manages it) and a voucher refund, which is supplied straightaway.

I am checking the details of your refund as to whether the amount is correct and will get back to you as soon as possible.
