I purchased an LED lamp of RT3Direct.co.uk which cost almost £90. It stopped working completely after 6 months so I contacted them to report a fault and to find some information about returning it as it was under warranty. They said they would get back to me so I waited, they didn't get back to me. Phoned them again, the receptionist again said they would get back to me but they didn't. Tried phoning again to ask whether they could help me they basically said it was not their problem and I should get in touch with Philips the manufacturer. So I did and they said they could not deal with the end user direct and I should speak to my supplier who should arrange the return on my behalf. I got in touch with RT3Direct again to explain what I had been told by the Philips but they did not offer to organise an RMA and did not want to help at all. In the end I gave up because I was not getting anywhere and wrote off my £90. So I am writing this reveiw to highlight what a poor level of customer service you get from RT3Direct.co.uk. They could not even bother to arrange for the return to the manufacturer even though I was prepared to pay the return shipping costs. Please read this review and do not purchase from this company. They do not care!
