I bought a dress online for £110 i was really excited about receiving it and wearing it to a friend’s birthday celebrations, it said it would arrive within 3 days, after a week I hadn’t received it so I emailed them (they are in China so you can’t call them). Customer services were rather short and said it had been delivered. I hadn’t received it and I live on my own so asked who had signed for it, they couldn’t tell me, they just insisted that it had been signed for.
After sending over 15 emails and calling the couriers MYSELF I discovered it had been delivered to the wrong address, after informing Style Me Celeb of this they still wouldn’t refund me. They insisted on sending me another dress and then I had to PAY to post it back before they would refund me for the dress they WONT refund me for the postage.
I needed the dress three weeks ago so I have gone out and bought something else in that time.
I still have not received any money back and it’s been a month, i am so disappointed and the customer services really couldn’t care less.
In my opinion buying clothes should be an enjoyable experience and it is when shopping online with Topshop, ASOS, Reiss, House of Fraser, Mulberry etc this experience was in no way enjoyable and Style Me Celeb aren’t in the slightest bit bothered.
Avoid buying from this company if something goes wrong they won’t sort it out
A week after I placed my order my puppies coats hadn’t arrived, I emailed to ask when I would get them I got a very short response telling me to wait over 10 working days, NO APOLOGY . After this period I emailed and asked for a refund I got another short rather rude email saying I had been sent a replacement order. I’ve waited nearly three weeks I want a refund not the coats which I have had to buy elsewhere. Pet Supermarket clearly don’t care what I (the customer) wants! I would much rather give my business to a company which deserves it, that delivers my items on time and doesn’t send rude responses to emails.
I recieved tickets and then called to explain that i was driving three hours there and would i get in, they said yes. I got there and they said they gave away twice as many tickets as they should have!! I didnt get in they were full 4 hours before i even got there, why they dont send out an email saying 'we are full if your not here dont waste ur time driving here' kinda thing.
I have sent two complaints emails and they have ignored both!! What a waste of 6 hours and £50 of fuel

Clothes are poor quality
the sizing is all wrong a 10 is an 8 and so on
Next day delivery takes 5 days (in my case)
You have to pay for the postage to return an item!! - when you have no way of knowing what size you will be this is really bad!!
They don’t take any feedback on board as the bad feedback is getting worse.
When i complained no one got back to me for weeks after chasing them they let me return the dresses as they were poor quality.
After 30 emails back and forth they gave me 10% off as some of the clothes are nice so i thought id give it another try.
The promotional code they gave me didn’t even work so i gave up
