I received the playhouse for my daughter's birthday. The wrong size base was sent and it took me FOUR WEEKS of calling, emailing and generally trying to get through to someone for anyone to phone me back and try to sort the situation. No-one wanted to take responsibility or reply to my messages for a simple replacement to be sent. Eventually it was passed back to manufacturer to sort out and this then took another 2 weeks to get someone to call and after a 1 minute phone call said they would send replacements. No info on when they would be delivered until the day before even though I had asked for confirmation of what they were ordering. Summer over, birthday passed and 5 WEEKS to sort out a basic error on the company's side. I will never use Playtimes or Billy OH again as the worst customer service ever and one upset 3 year old.
