regarding your reservation ID Booking 162136574 we regret to inform you that the fare you selected is not available anymore therefore it has not been possible to confirm your booking.
The fare increase of the flight you chose is of 17.00 EUR, anyway the availability is already limited.
I am another who have been fooled by them. I've read that money is now hard to retrieve. Don't be next.

I'm sorry that we were unable to honour the original price quoted. Our flight booking system is continually kept up-to-date with the most recent prices and data from the airlines.
However on rare occasions it is possible that between your booking request and confirmation from the airline there can be an increase in the fare, as was the case with you when the increase was €17. In this instance the client is informed immediately and given the choice to cancel or confirm.
I would like to take this opportunity to explain in detail the process we use when taking payment from customers. We use a system called "temporary credit limit" where the amount the customer should pay upon booking is simply 'frozen' and not withdrawn from the customer's available funds.
Therefore if you choose to cancel, we will send the request to your bank immediately and at that point we are in the hands of the card provider as to how many days the process could take.
