Wonderful clear web pages with everything in the right place. You get one ball free with every ten you order. That can be quite a saving.
If you need to get in touch with an email, they respond very quickly and are very caring and helpful.
Free delivery is important to me and I get that with my orders.
Two days later I have the yarn and anything else I ordered and I can get straight on with my knitting. Love it.
