Don't use a courier for something that will fit through my postbox!
I have no problems with communication, the actual product or price. However had I realised you'd be using UPS for the 6 sets of guitar strings I bought I would not have purchased from you. This meant I had to drive a 20 mild round trip to collect them from the courier depot which negated any saving. I'd assumed they'd be posted Royal Mail though my letter box whilst I was at work.

Red Dog Music were great, I phoned with a query about an online offer and they gave me the same offer over the phone which was a fantastic discount. Postage was lightening fast and a voucher for a discount came in the parcel!!

Thanks for the review. Glad you got them ok in the end. The eBay listing for these 6 packs do clearly state FREE NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery to UK with UPS. (The UPS logo is also clearly shown on our web site when a couier service will be used) While letter boxes vary, the 6 packs struggle to go through royal mail large letter and have to go packet post and instances of loss is terribly high as many don't go through the letterbox.
So we use a premium courier service to ensure next day delivery. Tracking details are sent, and UPS will try to deliver 3 times in total to your door. On balance we believe this provides the best all round speed/security/value service.
