Frustration at Alamo

The Booking and paperwork were first class from floridacarhire.com,having used their service before I had no hesitation to use them again.But I made the mistake of completing the paperwork which was supposed to make the book in to pick up the car easier.I experienced the following on my arrival at Alamo:-
I went to the booking in machines as directed and entered in all the required information,after 15 minutes of entering all the information,I was told to go to the reception desk,which meant joining the now long queue.THE MACHINES ARE ALSO IN VIEW OF THE PEOPLE IN THE SEATING AREA,THERE IS NO PRIVACY,DATE OF BIRTH,NAME ETC ARE ASKED FOR,AND ARE DISPLAYED ON SCREEN WHEN YOU TYPE THEM IN.IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER WHICH I WOULD AVOID.The guy on reception was apologetic,and professional and in no time I had car keys and the required paperwork.
