I cannot fault any part of my buying experience through Global Bike. Was buying my first road bike and there customer service were excellent in advising me on frame size. Kept me informed after purchase as to when delivery would occur, and thankfully after watching the idiot driver from CityLink drop my package out of the back of the van onto the pavement, I can also confirm that they package there bikes up very well and it arrived completely undamaged. Minor assembly (handlebars) required but very easy and done in minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone
