VeryUnpleasant staff, could not get through the customer service for hourss

First of all, the mattres was not delivered the same day as the bed and I couldn't get through the customer service for hours. Even when I get through them they could not help me that day, so I had to wait till next Monday to get the mattrese.
The bed was damaged and obviosly very bad quality, so you do not get value for money. The mattres was so thin, although did not seem like that on the picture.
When i decided to refund the bed the staff told me they will refund me 4 ponds and I had paid the bed 199.99 plus i had the wowcher!T hey could not help me, said I have to contact wowcher. Seems a bit strange, only four pounds refund for something you paid that much.
Overall I had so much difficulties with this company this week and would not recomend it to anybody!
