Take note of these reviews and stay away!!

I sent four parcels, two to each of two destinations.
They were all packed identically. Two were delayed because the labels had got torn/removed at the depot and had to be reprinted, subsequently one has been delivered and the other delayed at another depot.
The other delivery driver ignored instructions to leave in next door or local pub and returned to depot where they have now been damaged. One in four delivered eventually, what a rubbish outfit.
The driver who collected from me took care but has told me in the past that the depot staff are idiots and don't care at all and throw parcels around.
We often receive plants from Jersey plants and they are often damaged by HERMES.
