Outstanding customer service

I recently bought a couple of items from Dolphin Music, delivery was quick, however, one of the items arrived broken, must of happened in transit.
Dolphin Music, Simon Capper in particular, was a great help and offered an easy effortless exchange, great advice and guidance, I had my replacement in no time!
