Good value but more attention to detail required
I ordered two sets ofGibson vintage reissue strings. The price was good and the package came through quickly. On opening there was only one set of strings but I'd paid for two. I rang them and was told no Internet staff in to deal with me so I had to email in. Two days later got an email saying they'd send me another set. Four days later strings arrived.

Good quality stuff delivered fast with great notice!
Fantastic service, friendly people on the phone, goods exactly as described and delivery was brilliant on time with detailed tracking. Would have been five stars if email had been responded to (they have a problem with aol apparently) and website had more dimensions and sizes etc we had to call as some of the items had no descriptions. Def deal with them again.
