Slow Delivery

After having read reviews on here and being very impressed i searched Beautycow.com for Cloud Nine Wide Straighteners and was delighted to discover that these were £25 less than anywhere else on the internet and free delivery between 1-3 days so I promptly ordered these.
I ordered these on a Tuesday afternoon (around 1pm) and I did not receive these until the following Monday. I understand that this is free delivery but after spending just over £100 i was expecting this to receive these by at least Saturday. I was very disappointed as i wanted to use these on the Saturday.
The hair strraighteners are brilliant and I would really recommend them and I have been recommending them to everyone I know and I have also been recommending Beautycow.com as apart from being disappointed with the delivery I would order from this site again as the prices are really good.
