Took more than 30 days to get a refund and that's only after I chased them twice. Some guy called me back to sort out the refund but he did not know how their order numbers worked. They sent me the wrong wattage bulbs and therefore should have refunded me my return postage according to their t's & c's but have not had that refunded and he sounded confused when I asked him if I am getting that back.
I have used them for sending parcels, 5 in total, and have not had a problem. but one of those parcels was lost and I wasn't happy with the compensation process.
I didn't have a problem getting them to agree to it but the process takes way too long, about a month to get the money. I also added enhanced compensation up to £100 due to the value of my parcel, which was £1.20 extra on my delivery cost but they do not refund that £1.20, I don't know why but it is odd considering they lost it (or more likely one of their staff stole it).
I will not use them again.
It was so easy to put my property on the market with Housenetwork. The advert they created was very good and the photos were amazing compared to other high street agents.
Everything was managed in an online account so it was easy to make changes myself, add my own photos and edit the description.
But there was also an agent who was always there to help out if needed and they always respond quickly. The Live Chat service was brilliant for an instant response.
On top of all that, the price I paid was at least half of what I would have to pay a traditional agent. Look out for the discount codes!
