Some say it may be pestering but it was to my advantage
When enquiring about an annuity plan over the internet, I was contacted by a member of your staff, who offered good advice and stated that he would contact me nearer the date of when I was able to purchase the annuity. Your staff member provided an illustration at the time. I was contacted nearer the date and your member of staff went out of his way to find a suitable annuity given my circumstances. He kept me updated (almost daily) through the process once I had decided to accept the annuity plan supplied to me.
I was provided with what I believe was the best plan when I compared it to others.

First time I have ever purchased anything from Mr Memory. I ordered some ram for my tower on the Friday morning, telephoned the order through. I was told that it would arrive on Monday. It actually arrived on Sat morning complete with instructions on how to install it and offered a customer help line if I had any problems. I would recommend Mr Memory to anyone
