Ordered a Nikon D7000 body on a Tuesday evening. Received tracking number the following day, although the tracking system doesn't update that well. By Friday 4 pm the package had not arrived. Cycled into town. Arrived back just before 5 pm to find a box sitting on the floor next to my front door, in full view of anyone passing, and it was just starting to rain. No card through the letterbox - nothing! If I'd been 10 minutes later, the box would have been saturated. Used saynoto0870.com to find the direct number for Yodel local depot and complained to the manager. Complained also direct to Pixmania who asked me to check the package contents and offered exchange if anything was damaged. Pixmania need to find a different carrier in both France and UK.
