...despite waiting at the delivery address all day. Items did not arrive the next day either. Assured by Worldstore that items were sent to the delivery company (NightFreight) , but NightFreight say they have not received them from Worldstore. An impass?
Now I have been sent a mail asking for a review. I could not resist! I had ordered two more matresses as was pleased with quality and service on a previous matress order.
Now very disappointed as the delivery slot (8.00am - 6.00pm) is inconveniently wide (I see the Co-op offer 2 hour slots) , communication is very difficult with long waits on a charge number (why do they need our contact details!)
and a lack of understanding that when people need to take time off work keeping to dates matters a lot
