5 star website and customer service

I have been a member of Quidco for about 3 or 4 years now and I don't usually sing the praises of companies as I like to moan instead, but I had to write a review to let everyone know how fantastic Quidco's customer service - and the website in general - is.

Whenever I've had any issues with transactions not tracking, their communication has always been first class and I've always had a positive solution to my problem.

The website itself is also very user friendly with a brilliantly easy layout and a lot of very good features. Their "Quidcare" service is also very well designed.
