I ordered my contact lenses at the start of December expecting them to arrive before Christmas and had NOTHING. On the 18th December I emailed them to cancel the order. Despite being told "The refund has been made to your card account on 31st December 2013 and the pay offshore transaction id is xxxxxx. You can expect to see it on your next statement. Apologies for the inconvenience caused." I still haven't received any refund and I'm still waiting for the company to respond.
Placed an order for a pair of Oliver Spencer 'Made in England' Mens Leather Derby Boots - Brown - 9 9Brown-Mens - Footwear - Boots on the 29th December. Logged into my account later on that night to find that their had been an issue processing card (I received NO email to alert me to this). Entered my details again and it showed as processing. The company currently operates a free next day delivery so I called their call centre in the morning and was told that my order wouldn't be sent out that day as they were waiting for stock (So NO net day delivery then). I logged into my account again last night to find that my order no longer existed (once again no email). When I looked into my missing order I found that it had been cancelled by Coogles. Why? Once again, I had received NO email. I had to write to Coogles. Their reply was "Thank you for getting in touch about your order. You should of received an email confirming that this was being cancelled due to s tocking error. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help. Kind regards,
