It couldn't be easier
As a first-time user of Shiply, I found the site easy to navigate and the process relatively pain-free - your chosen courier arranges everything for you. Good value for money too. I'd certainly recommend it and use it again in the future.

Good communication throughout and good packaging
The item I ordered was out of stock (shame the website didn't say so) but they e-mailed me quickly to explain that it was on it's way, and then again when it got held up in customs! Always personal e-mails and not automatic responses, which is a nice touch. The delay was all beyond their control and the rest of the service was first class - the item arrived safely and well packaged. I'd happily shop here again.
