The item I ordered was out of stock (shame the website didn't say so) but they e-mailed me quickly to explain that it was on it's way, and then again when it got held up in customs! Always personal e-mails and not automatic responses, which is a nice touch. The delay was all beyond their control and the rest of the service was first class - the item arrived safely and well packaged. I'd happily shop here again.
