Coolshop

Product still hasn't arrived...

I ordered this well in time for my little boy's birthday but 10 days later and counting, there's still no sign of it.

Had I known the postal service Coolshop provide was so bad, I would have gone elsewhere as the product was readily available from many other retailers.

I was given a tracking number but the postal company doesn't seem to exist so I have no way of chasing it. It was also not clear at the time of ordering, that the product would be shipped from Denmark. All the site's promotional material suggests orders are fulfilled from the UK which is clearly misleading.

I am thoroughly unimpressed with Coolshop and my little boy's birthday has been and gone without his present.
