We apologise for the damage to the box. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to guarantee the condition of presentation boxes when sending items via a courier. If you would like us to check for a replacement box, please contact our customers services team on 020 8838 9388.

We would advise that if, in the future, you require the items to be in pristine condition (either for a gift or collection) that you state this in the delivery instructions of your order. We can then pack the item extra carefully to try and minimise any creasing/damage during transit.
