What a shower this company are!

Ordered elements of a new bathroom suite online after having visited the impressive showroom in Salford. A 3-5 day delivery time was quoted so we waited patiently to be contacted. On the fifth day our old bathroom had been removed but alas no contact from BetterBathrooms. After numerous attempts to call the non existent customer services department we finally got to speak to someone by calling the sales number which was answered straight away! After a further wait we finally got put through to the elusive and clearly overworked customer services advisor! We were promised a call over the next 2 days to confirm when the items would be delivered. On the 2nd day the call came to confirm that the delivery would be made in 2 days time.
Two days later the items arrived via a grumpy and clearly overworked delivery driver and his slightly more affable colleague. All the paperwork clealy states that you have 20 minutes to check the items but the driver said there was no time for checking but if there was a problem ring customer services (good luck there!) within 24 hours and any problems would be rectified. On unpacking we found that the bath was missing a vital fixing. More calls to customer services beckoned but luckily we managed to recylce the part from our old bath which had been sat on the driveway for 5 days.
Yes the price is competitive but the service is very poor I would think twice before taking the plunge with this lot!. We also ordered another item from one of their online competitors (whose name is the same as a [External information removed]) and their service was exemplary by comparison.
