Worst Shopping Experience Ever

I ordered beds + mattresses. No delivery slot - all day wait. 2 items not on the van. I was told the missing items would come the next day. So next day I waited in again. No delivery. It is now 2 weeks after my order. I then got a call - items out of stock. This was treated as my problem - I had to go on-line + order something else, then wait + see if that was in stock. Or I could cancel my order. I had been having to sleep on the floor. It wasn't their fault - it was their stockists. They ignored the discount that had lured me into buying 2 items together - I would be paying full price for the item I did receive. Eventually I negotiated another item that was in stock + was given a delivery date. All day wait again - no delivery.
If I cost in my time + having to go and buy a mattress elsewhere so I could get off the floor this has to be by far the worst deal of my life (I am 52). And by far the worst service. In a word - AVOID. Use Tesco + get clubcard points. They ring + tell you when they are coming + their service is superb. You have tp pay a premium rate call to call World Stores.
Do yourself a big favour and don't get suckered into buying from them.
