Good administration, not so good products

I thought the service was brilliant. Ordered on a Sunday evening and delivered on the Tuesday. £1 delivery cost exceptional value. Kept up to date on time and day of delivery which was very convenient. Just a shame the bike wasn't as good. Build it yourself product made frustrating by the screw holes in the wrong place
