I am a first time customer with Glasses Direct, I placed an order for two pairs of glasses on the 8th May, delivered on the 11th May, I was kept informed by email of where the order was in the system, I had expected a 7 to 10 day turn around. I opted to try an online service as my local high street chain was quoting 14 days and they had a limited number of frames in the style I wanted. I purchased 'gold' standard lenses and was surprised to find they were thinner and lighter than those I already had from the high street chain, (who I had paid twice the price for their supposedly thinner lenses). Very pleased with the whole experience, would definitely buy from Glasses Direct again.
Placed the order online and paid via Paypal, quick delivery of the wrong item (sent item with similar part number). Sealey who sent the item were unable to help as it had been ordered through a 'dealer', they were very helpful and requested Sealey to send a replacement via UK Mail, they were unable to deliver as the full postal address had not been used, UK Mail were not able to change the delivery address (it was just adding the name of the property, post code etc was ok), dealer was unable to change the address now awaiting Sealey to correct thier mistake, not impressed.
