I've bought a Nikon camera from the store. Took it home and checked it out. Took some pictures on the camera, as you would do! And released, all the pictures I was taking, were dark and not clear at all. At first , I thought it was just me. I asked a friend couple a days latter to have a look at it and he just agreed with me that is something wrong with the camera. So I decided to take it back to the store within 21 days as it said on the receipt. Explained all to the store manager, his name was Jason Griffins . I said to him that the picture quality was not good as you would expect from Nikon camera and that the flash is not working as it should be. He said to me, I do not know how to use the camera and was very rude to me. I was made to feel stupid in front of his staff. Everything I said to him, he was disagreed with. What he said "if you wanted better quality pictures, you should buy more expensive camera" then he just looked at the camera , switched it on ,played with it for a few second , put it back into the box and gave back to me with words " No returns " . The company policy is not right and against the law. I will be taking this further . All I wanted was to have a good camera and what I got? Is a piece of junk, that I will never use. I will never, ever buy anything from Currys/ PC World. I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the store manager.
